Are all consultations free? ▼

No — most sessions have a fee which covers the pharmacist's time and expertise. However, "Quick Chat / Drug Query" sessions are always free. Our pharmacist or admin may also grant free access for specific sessions at their discretion. The price is always shown clearly before you book.

How do I pay for a paid consultation? ▼

After booking, transfer the exact amount to our bank account (shown in your My Consultations page or on request via WhatsApp), then upload your receipt. We verify within minutes and confirm your slot.

What if I can't afford the fee? ▼

Contact us on WhatsApp — our pharmacist reviews hardship requests and may grant a free session. We're here to help, not to turn anyone away.

How long is each session? ▼

This depends on the service type — from 15 minutes for quick queries up to 45 minutes for chronic disease management. The duration is shown on each service card.

Can I cancel or reschedule? ▼

Yes — message us on WhatsApp at least 1 hour before your session. Free cancellation is available and paid sessions are refundable if cancelled in time.

Is my health information confidential? ▼

Absolutely. All consultation content is covered by professional pharmacist-patient confidentiality. We do not share your health information with anyone outside our team.
